Jessia Ayden Li, Founder & CEO of Justice and Logic, aDEI & Non-profit Coach & Consultant (and Jerry's HS classmate!), joins us on Episode 081 to share her story of finding her purpose in helping organizations build leaders and to build anti-racist communities.

We celebrate her finding her in mission in working with non-profits to help them build better leaders to help achieve their missions in a responsible way.

We support her work in making sure that Asian Americans are doing our part to make the world a better place.

We are inspired by her dedication to walk the walk in all ways of her life to help the world a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive place.

Meet Jess!!

Jess is a social justice activist, certified diversity coach, trainer, mentor, advocate, and consultant. She’s worked for almost 15 years in the social sector with non-profits.
