As the most popular post-MBA career path for MBA students, recruiting for consulting is very competitive. Therefore, it is very important to have a clear recruiting strategy to be successful. We invite Kelly Song, an MBA2 student from Tuck Business School

Meet Kelly Song 

Born and raised in China, Kelly is a second-year MBA student at Tuck Business school at Dartmouth.  She worked in banking, social impact, and management consulting in several countries (China, US, and South Africa). Through her experience across industry, function, and geography, she discovered her curiosity to understand complicated business issues under various contexts, so she decided to come to MBA and pursue a career at McKinsey as a management consultant. Going forward, she hopes to become a change-maker and a true global citizen to create impacts on both the organization and the society through business solutions.  In this episode we talk about:
